Even lay off and termination happen Most of business secrets getting leak with compactor which feel and question of business contact Preferred to male candidate. else you will be go through lot personal issue with TL and manager flirting. There is culture that confidential information get exposed which in hour. competitor company reach you with offer within few hours. Even you decide to take or put. Even visitor details share with competitor with no time.
