Work culture is like government work culture. There are many leaders at top position with very high packages, but they don't justify the salary. They do low quality jobs. On top of this, few leaders are very biased.

Office timing is 9 ~ 5 and good place to startup in Chennai Good Salary and HR policy

Lot of Work pressure and lot of gossip keep roaming which feel not safe there is no proper accounts progress is implemented Most of time we feel is kind of market which is not safe and security for job. Even lay off and termination happen Most of business secrets getting leak with compactor which feel and question of business contact Preferred to male candidate. else you will be go through lot personal issue with TL and manager flirting. There is culture that confidential information get exposed which in hour. competitor company reach you with offer within few hours. Even you decide to take or put. Even visitor details share with competitor with no time.

...ships always available. Proper training is given by sending trainers on board. Salary is as per international seafarers wages rates.

Dislikes

some ships manage by Indian management and having Indian officers and crew, lots of politics and favor ism found.

I liked that in a Co. They are concerned about the employees welfare, their health. They also give salaries on time.

Dislikes

I don't like the workload in a Co. And it is not possible for everyone to handle. Even the new employees are suppressed which is not favorable for a healthy environment in a Co.

Everything is so planned at the time of joining. It's just gives me a peace of mind while I travel. And most important are Vship policy. It does matter alot when it comes to safety of the crew and the ship. Ok
