Zero Job Security: Employees are suddenly let go especially around increment, variable pay and retention bonus time. Lack of respect for employees and toxic work politics - Favoritism is rampant. Those close to COO get rewarded regardless of skill, while deserving employees are ignored. Decisions are made solely for business benefits, with little regard for employee well-being or career growth. Would not recommend this company for anyone looking for job stability and fair treatment.

...don't join this company. The HR will ask you to work for a day and then abscond. She convinced me stating that she would get me a higher salary and that offer letter will help me to join another company for a better pay. She said I will be getting the appointment order but I got only the offer letter without the salary breakup. Her name is Ishwarya. This is to the senior management for Vserve please throw this lady out orelse your company will not grow.

1. Timing maintenance - if your are late for 5 mins in at least 3 days of the month, then half day salary will de deducted. they won't even warn you reg the time. I mean what kind of shit corporate culture is this. 2. Job security - They work make you work on your ideas, they will force you to work on their ideas. If your doesn't catch up with their work style the you will be terminated. without guiding you the right way to work
