Very bad experience! HR policy is worst! Freshers need to sign 2.5 years of agreement! Reimbursement is just like begging again and again, but still not getting! No opportunity to grow or learn new things! No guidance! Taking leave is not possible! Terrible experience! You may need to cancel your journey ticket on your own and work at the same time even after leave approval from months ago! 6 working days. Also, you need to work for 7days. They even call you up at 12 AM, message you at 2 AM! 90 days Notice period! Even after serving 90 days of NP, there is so much drama to release! Sometimes they don't provide the relieving letter and submit a bad review! A small office like a machis box! Working hours are strict at 9:30 AM. But no end time! You may need to work till 12 AM or even after that too! And then when you are done, pack your bag and switch off lights, fan, etc. and lock the whole office! After that too, no overtime bonus, no appraisal! After working very hard and listen to all of them, then also you will get blamed! If you won't be able to do any single work done, you need to listen about that every day, not for those critical work, you have done successfully! They are sitting there to raise that complaint at the time of appraisal to don't give you hike! Sending you to onsite is a horrible experience! Everyone is searching for new jobs, and 4-5 peoples are leaving the job every month!

no facilities plus you have travel to client on your own and daily come to office also its like labour work plus you have to give traning also after office hours which you will get to know once you join.
