I am honored to express my appreciation for VSB College, where i have had the privilege of serving as an employee. Working here is an rewarding experience, as an institution places a premium on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. The management allowed me to grow in my role and contribute to the college mission.

The college management person balsamy is a sadist. He will remove staffs as he wants. No one can work there for more than 1 year. His idea always shuffling staffs is better administration. More over he will pluck the money from you in the way of last 3 months. Total Tamil Nadu realised now HE IS A SADIST. SO DON'T JOIN THE COLLEGE.

Balsamy is a sadist. Anyone left from that college will recognise it.

Everything has monetary benefits... If you work on Sunday or any other holiday, you will be paid with one day salary

Limited holidays, especially no vacation as like most colleges, which affects work-life balnce

One of the worst engineering college. certificate cheaters

until your certificate reach them they will talk nicely once bond signed that's all they will start their making slave process. every year 1000 admission but not having enough faculty and infrastructure but having lot of certificate from the faculty who went by their slave making process. all 5 star rating in Abition box is their own way

They put contract for minimum 5 years. Get original certificate and if you dont like and want to resign they ask you to pay compensation. Otherwise they will file a case against you in the court. So, be aware of it. So join on your own risk.
