Nothing really. Tried very hard to get accustomed to ways of management. The don't care attitude is killing everyone.

Dislikes

They simply do not care about their commitments to the employees given during the interview. All they care about is their given targets and outputs and after that employee lives or dies, is not their concern.

Likes

Just the working location of Bikaner, nothing else.

Dislikes

Management is not good, You need to travel around 100 km per day to reach at site. Villagers can come anytime to threatening you, no one have control. No any learning opportunity, you always need to work in isolation and as per leadership ask only. They have notice period of three month and you need to serve the notice period physically else they will stop your salary and other perks.
