New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Nothing really. Tried very hard to get accustomed to ways of management. The don't care attitude is killing everyone.

Dislikes

They simply do not care about their commitments to the employees given during the interview. All they care about is their given targets and outputs and after that employee lives or dies, is not their concern.

Just the working location of Bikaner, nothing else.

Dislikes

Management is not good, You need to travel around 100 km per day to reach at site. Villagers can come anytime to threatening you, no one have control. No any learning opportunity, you always need to work in isolation and as per leadership ask only. They have notice period of three month and you need to serve the notice period physically else they will stop your salary and other perks.
