No salary increments,my experience 6yers, in vrvs1.8yrs,I have also completed b.tech,diploma,iti but still I m a electrician,i want Shift engineer post or other higher post

Work is so hard,housekeeping,plumbing,painting,drain line cleaning all we are works,night Shift only one electrician all works handled,so increase manpower for night Shifts.

...s company is provide man power to the companies on a contract base so according to the client only they pay salary to there employees

This is the company to lead our life on base line nothing more than that, there is no high and low peaks. No work pressure at all.

Really good environment and strong communication with staff and clients.. Management staff is always cooperative.

Material requirements is quite delay as per work progress requirement. Although the work is quite smoothly done.

For technical student is very useful to gain a practical knowledge and technical knowledge. As I am join as fresher know I gain some experience and company environment is good.

Dislikes

Salary, as I technician to do work in less salary and in that only I have to adjust means it's difficult, so if increasing in salary is better and I can support my family also.
