It’s easy to approach management of the marketing team, coworkers were nice and supportive

Salary is very low compared to market standard. Monday to Saturday 9 hours. No work-life balance. Favouritism of senior management and HR. Office location and infrastructure. Zero employee benefit programs.

Noting to like in this company. Even during my tenure with VPS, my ears get dry to hear something positive from even single person.

Dislikes

Delay in payment of salaries from 20 to 30 days. No process and policies for any thing. No one ready to take ownership and decision. Horrible management with no responsibility and accountability.
