First of all, I want to say never join Vprotect, but if you are a fresher, then join Vprotect for only 6 to 1 year of experience, then leave the job immediately because they will never promote you and you will not get any appraisals in Vprotect. You will always work like a laborer, but you will not get any facilities. They will treat you as a laborer, and then you will have to leave the job. And as an appraiser, you'll get 600 rupees when you complete 1 Year at Vprotect. In the end, I Only want to say that Vprotect will never grow. They never think about their employees. Your seniors will never support you, they only think about themselves. And the company culture and work place are not good they always use bad words and abusive language toward their employees.
