3 महीना वेतन रुकेगा. "सबसे पहले Hr आपको हर महीना वेतन मिलेगा ऐसा बोलेंगे लेकिन जो की मिलेगा भी लेकिन 3 महीनों के बाद वेतन आपको तीन तीन महीनो देरी बाद मिलेगा उसमे भी जब तक क्लाइंट बिल मिलेगा तब ही वेतन मिलेगा, यदि आप तीन महीनो बाद hr से पूछोगे वेतन क्यों नही मिल रहा हैं तो वो बोलेगा कम्पनी अपने घर से पैसा नही देगा "

Salary will be stopped for 3 months. "First of all, HR will say that you will get salary every month, but you will get it, but after 3 months, you will get salary after a delay of three months, in that too, you will get salary only till the client bill is received, if you ask salary from HR after three months. If he is not getting it then he will say that the company will not give money from his house.

Nothing Requesting Upendra Rao Kollu (MD VSPL) to terminate few employees who are harrassing Departing Employees:- 1. Virender Vats HR 2. Bibhuti Mishra AGM HR 3. Swati Aggarwal They are creating worst image of VSPL in Market place and will definitely lead to some kind of Legal Issues with the company in future!

...der Vats have very unprofessional Behaviour, Harrass Employees/Juniors mentally. Virender Vats are specially involved in holding salary and Full & Final of departed employees. 2. HR Team are mockingly ill-mannered and unprofessional - Zero Support, Use HR Policy to Harrass Employees. Bibhuti Mishra (AGM HR) - Takes instructions of Virender Vats and hold salary & Full-Final Settlement of departed employees. Mentally harrass employees by asking departing employees to serve 90 days employment so that they have not to pay Final Salary and F&F 3. Zero Support from management: -10 Star 4. Poor Employee Policy: -2 Star 5. Very Pathetic Termination policy- If Management unable to support any site employee then they terminate on spot without paying or clearing the employees Salary. 6. Mental Harrasment during Notice period to employee - Specially HR Team do this. 7. Salaries are hold after leaving company- Frok last 6 months employees kept on following up for salary clearance . 8. Full and Final are never given to ex employee 9. Labor and Consumer court shall ban such companies 10. Voyants Solutions are typical manpower/labor supplier company These are the person who are involved in Harrassment of the employees:- 1. Abhishek Rawat (Project Coordinator) 2. Bibhuti Mishra (AGM HR) 3. Virender Vats (Management) 4. Swati Aggarwal (VP Projects) 5. Prashant Sharma (HR Broker- Deal with employees joining and Departing Employees) 1 Star Rating is also much more. VSPL deserves -10 Star Rating in all. I will suggest the New Joinees not to join such commission based companies just for salary, No Work culture from HO.

...culture presents several challnegs that impact employee morale and satisfaction. One of the primary concerns is the absence of tilmely salary increments, which leaves employees feeling undervalued for their efforts. Additionally, the organization enforces a culture of extended working hours without extra pay and benefits. Employees are often required to stay as late as 2Am, only to be expected back in the office by 9 Am, with no provision for compensatory time off or recognition of the strain this puts on work-life balance. The leadership style of the department head is another significant concern. Feedback and ideas from team members are frequently dismissed, and decisions are made without fully understanding or considering client needs. The HOD often prioritizes personal preferences over collaborative decision-making, which stifles innovation and teamwork. Comparissons between team members area common, which fosters an unhealthy competitive environment instead of encouraging mutual support and recognition of individuals strengths. Employees rarely feel acknowledged for their unique skills and contribuitions, further diminishing motivation. The HR policies at Voyants also lack transperancy and employee centricity. For instance, holding back a portion of employees' salaries without prior notice during onboarding is problematic. Initially, a 15- day salary is withheld, which later increases to a full month's delay after four months of unique employemnet. When employees inquire about this, they are only told that it is standard practice, without clear justification or upfront communication about this policy. This approcah can lead to financial strain and mistrust among staff. Despite these issues, it's worth mentioning that the team members are generally cooperative and supportive, creating a positive atmosphere within the department. However, substantial changes are needed in leadership, HR practices and overall organizational culture to make Voyants a more employee- friendly and sustainable workplace.

They paid every month salary during lockdown in the year 2020.

Dislikes

This Company is really terrible. They don't have salary structure, no promotion, no holidays (only 3 in a year), no on-time payment and no diwali bonus.
