Dislikes

Everything. No chance or scope to learn. They fire people without prior information. Force people to work on political project. Managers and Associate research managers are worst. They give false evaluation to directors and they blindly consider that. No work life balance. Will give work even on weekends. Worst company to start your career. Office politics is there. You will feel demotivated everyday.

Work life balance, if you want to come early and leave at 5:30 then this is the place.

Dislikes

This company simply don't have any ethics, they fake data all most always, and its not 1-2% they change data from 75% to 34%, Ironically they called it weighting!!!! very bad management no culture, no infrastructure will not suggest this to any one.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
