No skill growth. No benefits and perks. Full marwari politics. Initially good but after some time it gets worse. They expect one person to do multi tasking. You will go for one opening but will land up doing even a clerical or office clerks job. They have a tagline: "Do not use your brain's....do what is told". No value of ideas

Family business and lots of family members involvement which causes partiality, Bosses and dept heads are so moody that they does not even respect their employees, no employees benefits, soo much of politics.

No job security whatsoever, if you are not Gujrati or marwari. Way to much politics in upper management.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't care if you are not same caste as them. They have amazing tag line "Don't use your brain". The MD and his son has way to much ego for no good, they are highly unprofessional.
