Votiko staff has a great working atmosphere, The workplace culture is Amazing. Management is remarkable and Our CEO Nirav Kambodi, Has outstanding leadership and management skills. Very impressed by Votiko and especially Nirav's dedication to the company.

At First, my training salary was not satisfying but once I got the experience they've raised my salary and I'm satisfied with it. Due to workload, I might have to give extra paid hours which can disturb the work-life balance.

Votiko's management is solid and impressive, the working environment is very adaptive. The most amazing part is growing and learning something new every day.

I feel like my salary could be higher, due to irregular shift some days it can affect my work-life balance.

...pressed with management especially my sir nirav kambodi , he is a great manager. you get paid holiday when you are seek, if you take a leave you won't get monthly loyalty bonus.

my work days are alternative saturday which i don't like personally i would prefer to work mon to fri.

...nce can get disturbed if you work full time in night shit which is very obvious. Salary is little lower than expectations but still a good amount in my area.
