I suggest Votarytech is good for freshers only. There is no nothing for an experience candidate.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

HR policy changes according to the situation and always it will be benifit for the company only. It was a nightmare for me while working in Votarytech.

Dislikes

Unimaginable and un-expressible amounts of confusion and stress on your career. Irrespective of your technical performance, Boss will decide things and No proper communication and ethical values between employee and company.

Be it culture or be it how they treat employees or work life balance anything can't be as worst as VotaryTech. The CEO himself doesn't care for the company. Started in 2009 and still sailing with less than 250 people speaks a lot about the organization. Never ever think of joining the organization.

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
