I am permanent in this company and I like to go to different places for visit ATM sites on behalf of company's expepence and all my seniors help me to resolve issues at site and company gives all pf and insurance policy etc.for future which I like most and overall I feel funtastic to work in this company

Company is good about giving your salary. You will definitely get it on the last day of every month.

Here working is like just follow your seniors all the time whether they have knowledge or not. Always be a spoon to your team leader and manager or else you will not get any increment and stability, no matter for how long you are working in this company especially in Uttarakhand and UP region of India.

...nfused through investors. making loss since its inception for the apst 17 years. Poor culture, high politcs, demotivated employess sticking to the company enjoying salary with no work.

they are not ambitious to turn around. their focus is only to get free money from investors and to enjoy it and not to make it.

Colleagues are good to have team work with full of entertainment and enjoyment in work place, training is ok, job responsibility which providing by reporting manager expecting more than that performance giving to organisation, salary and appraisal is the issue presently due to which i am quieting the job.
