No team leader ,no manager in the office , All monitored from Punjab. Seniors plays negative role in the work ethics.If it has to grow there should be one team leader or Manager on the floor.

Enjoyed working with Vopro. Its best place to work hard and earn more. Offered to work even in lock down (but with targets which is understood), got full salary on time where else other companies were cutting salaries or struggling to pay. Management has always been helpfull.
