Salary is not best in the industry. Very small factor in terms of the positives they provide. I choose the positives over the salary.

Worst Politics in the Field Area offices especially at Ramagundam. Bucketing system and always targeting to sub ordinates and treating like anything.

In Bottom to too management will knows the what happening inside the Field teams. No salary hikes for bottom level employees. Mainly at Ramagundam, Manager is never transferred from the base location from 6yrs onwards , due to his politics into the system. He treating sub ordinates like anything and listening the others and blaming to gud employees

It was a great platform and a nice experience working out there. The company environment was awesome and the employees were really cooperative. It was a lot of fun working out there.

Micro management , Partiality , old employees have more preference, no time for learning, Toxic Culture and Trust issues. They made me to resign and relieved from the company within a week and gave promotion to old associates.
