Worst Politics in the Field Area offices especially at Ramagundam. Bucketing system and always targeting to sub ordinates and treating like anything.

In Bottom to too management will knows the what happening inside the Field teams. No salary hikes for bottom level employees. Mainly at Ramagundam, Manager is never transferred from the base location from 6yrs onwards , due to his politics into the system. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
