No Growth, no learning for the SCM, its more a leaner organization and growth is less and the salary hike is less. 5 to 10 Max.

A family environment, How to work on field, how to satisfie customer to you work, customer relations and many more things i have learnt to this organization.

Support, Security, timing, salary, job role, work are not according to your designation, incentives not provided, not for future/long time job.

...wth if u can have the right connections and if you are not in Agile methodology. Volvo CE is not a paymaster. They just pay enough. But what they compensate is a great work culture and a super work life balance. One of the best companies to work in.

Dislikes

Top management does not have much confidence in their decisions. Hence keeps on playing with the organisation structure, which has huge effect on the working level downstream with people losing their job every year.

Volvo CE is good company but if you're working at dealership you will definitely disappointed with your job. *You can't find any support and suggestions with your work . *You will find here very deep and high level politics. I can't describe more because of words are less

Too much things are but if you work with on role then it's such a nice job but dealership will be my last option. *Politics *salary *timing and management *no extra benefits *no financially support *no leaves *treating like animal

My dislikes are nothing but the employees will put the whole work on trainee and ATS student then they will go here and there for no reason...
