I started my career at Voltech, where I faced many issues. Salaries were often delayed by 4-5 months, and travel across India was required without any travel allowance. Employees had to work in high-voltage areas without medical insurance, which put their safety at risk. There were even cases where the company did not properly support workers who were injured or died on the job.
