Too much internal politics and there is no job security, low salary and poor work life balance , culture....Higher authorities are puppets in someone's hands. There is no incentive, the max you can expect is Amazon gift voucher for 500 rs, almost like mocking us.

Simple word me Bakwas, one of the worst HR consultancy, no proper answering the call, not pick up the calls. Pathetic

The company is good, salary comes on time, but this company does not provide extra bonus like other companies.

There is a little problem in its management, salary slip etc. is not available on time, now my 4 months salary slip is pending.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no appraisal, poor management. They don't know how to treat and respect employee. There's no smooth relieving and people will treat you with no respect if you resigned. Lot of politics, especially during appraisal. Hardworking employees are not welcomed, it's for the one who is ready to praise their managers not matter what the situation is.
