Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Liberty / with permission you can walk in directly to Divisional Seniors without any hesitation and talk to him about work function issues or any work related issues . They will provide you immediate solution at any level. Ethics is highly active at every level .Counsellers are available for resolving any issues . Basic Guidelines are open to all . Colleagues Juniors and Seniors as well as CMG members are very much co-operative and make all Staff happy by appreciating Staff's efforts . People are very Good over here .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Managers do not valid an individual's unique straingth
