Likes

Work environment is excellent and lot of opportunities for learning. Teammates are excellent and management is supportive. Lot of learning and development activities.

Dislikes

Work life balance is difficult to maintain. Appraisals are fair, but salary and career growth is slow. Lot of reporting some of which are repetitive in nature.

This company gives me various way to connect people, I love this company due to good projects, clients, rehiring process of ex employee. Overall love this way to connect people

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers don't value an individals' unique strengths
