There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 7 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The Voltas company is the one of the most valuable company in market and industry. The company reputation is good and trusted customer.

These are not caring about workers and the salary of technician is less and facilities are not available at the site

Job security, salaries on time. Company policies are good. HSE is always priority.

Salary always on but increment is very very slow and low. Job is security is high but chances of growth is low. Work life balance required some improvements.
