...mpany nothing was given but wanted notice period from me .... No leave policy... Were following other company leave policy for some particular cases and some self declared or created policy for some cases so that they can deduct salary. There ultimate goal is to deduct salary. No PF no bonus no professional growth... I found myself where I started from. There so many things to say about the company. In one word not worth to work not even for a fresher as they will be stuck in the company without gaining anything professionally.
