1. A structured Internal team. 2. Office culture is some what better then other PEB companies 3. You Get week off on 2nd and 4th Saturday.

Dislikes

1. Favouritism 2. South Indian Preference by HOD’s 3. HR policy is there but not followed and useless. No committed promises are honoured. 4. Complete failed Plant team. 5. Silo working culture
