Well in the starting months of 2020 the company was very supportive and was helpful but by the mid of the year the company had a concall with all its employees giving us the shocking news of closing of its retail biz. As one of our senior management has shown the company the way to easy income without investing its own money. Due to which almost seventy five percent of the staff was forsed to resign or else we were threatened that we will be sacked from the company. We were given five months notice period instead of three months. As of now most of us are still jobless as the companies are still not hiring for senior positions.

Dislikes

All of a sudden closing of the retail biz without thinking about the staff. Undue pressure of Collection in default cases on sales team where as the reason for default is the negligence of FI agencies, FCU agencies and inefficiency of the collection team and collection agencies appointed by the company.

Nice working environment and supporting teammates

Dislikes

Hell a lot of departmental issues especially Fi agencies pethatic risk control unit people irresponsible collection department good for nothing as they can't resolve the issues of Collection always blaming saes for all the issues.
