Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I have joined by seeing kia brand . brand is good and standard of working in kia is also good but the dealer is not suitable for kia ....plz if any one see my review don't join to aadarsh kia go in other dealership you will get lot of benefits but in aadarsh kia you won't get any benefits it's a 3rd class dealership by this dealer ship kia brand loosing its brand value....

Fake promises to customer as i am service advisor my higher authority guiding me to make excess bill add extra parts if it's in working condition also change that and make bill to the customer......
