Nothing to like about this company Senior like Rahul sir makes the working environment the best there just because of this reason most of the employee stay long even knowing the company is not good Colleagues are the world's best colleagues

1. Never got salary on time in the 2-year experience with this company. 2. Beg for your salary 3. Promotion to only reserved people or favorite people of manager Varun Chopra 4. Travelling allowance never on time always min. 3 months delayed 5. No HR role in the company everything is decided by the manager only 6. Lastly inside office service like the cafeteria is pathetic.

Salary never on time . There is no rule for manager Varun chopra . When you ask for salary or any benefits Varun ask you to leave the company .

- They don’t give offs even on Sunday sometimes. - The salary always gets delayed - There’s no decorum or discipline followed throughout the working hours. - They are too aggressive about any leave or if you want to take offs.

A decent package is provided to deserving candidates. It's a startup established just before Covid hit the market. Giving the conditions faced, company has sustained with rigorous business services. Opportunity to grow and move up the ladder.

Six days of work Employee motivation as of now is not upto the mark. Could be managed better.

I wish there was 0 star to give. Pathetic work culture. Can lay you off at any point of time stating we don’t have any process. Bye bye! No learning nothing. They don’t even have an in-house HR. The outsourced one is terrible and has nothing to do with the employees. Overall worst place to work for.
