First i would like to say that Voith as a global organisation is one of the best to work in having worked to overseas colleagues in various capacities and in various project all across i can vouch for the same. But Voith India is a different story alltogether, its more of a 'Indian Lala' company that anything else and with extreme politics inside. Voith Germany have the best paper machinery equipment and services that only few others can compete with. The colleagues in Voith are like a family but its a different story with the managers and above.

Dislikes

...se products to unsuspecting customers who forever remain unsatisfied henceforth. They also have the worst policies for site deputation and quite poor pay in comparison to the market standard. The worst is managers and VPs always use employees as a pawn in their dirty politics and employee suffer miserably. And to make things worse it is seen that the best employee is the one who leaves office last and not who works efficiently, and buttering is sure to give you high rating during appraisals.

Voith Paper Technology is a renowned organization who is pioneer in Paper Technology for more than 150 years. It is an honor to be a part of the team and work in the guidance of experts.

Dislikes

Planning on organizational growth or individual growth is missing. There should be equal opportunity for each and individual to develop himself and become an asset to the organization. Organizational process should be transparent and must avoid discrimination. Mutual trust and understanding is lacking within the team and across the cross functional teams.

It's very easy to fool the management as they have limited technical knowledge.

Dislikes

The management lacks technical knowledge yet draws huge salaries. Voith is a good brand, but unfortunately, these individuals have created such a poor impression that nearly every customer is unhappy and even mocks them. If you are technically sound, this may not be the right company for you. In meetings, they will try to dominate your ideas and undermine your input, often making fun of you.

This is a great place to work. We get full freedom at out work, company encourage employees to take risks, share ideas and make suggestions. As a result employees are motivated and proud of their work. Voith Paper has lots of opportunity in India to grow in future. Company always ensure unbiased promotions, equal recognition and rewards.

Dislikes

Once you join, they will start pressuring you to sign a 5-year bond. However, during the interview and onboarding process, they won’t mention it. I had a stable job, but I wanted growth, that is why I decided to join this company. Unfortunately, I didn’t expect this situation to arise. Now, I’m actively looking for other opportunities.
