...thing and they make people sit extra time unnecessary for work with No overtone. The worst system is there punch in time which they deduct more salary at the salary time .

Office is good,sitting arrangement is nice,bathroom is good.

Training is not relevant to situation or it feels that there is need to do more work in each department including ours,work environment is not good presence of tens situation instead of work,if we want to achieve goals as a team team members are putting there efforts without knowing goal,lack of travelling facility towards thane station, pressure is more because of that one can easily get poor health,incentives are not provided, no experienced superior, superiors and subordinates are not following rules and regulations of the organisation.

Overall all the staff members are so cooperative culture is very good it feels like we are in our hometown while working no stress no pressure full freedom for all the employees

Dislikes

No proper Ac for employees should keep Ac working till each and every process gets end Higher post holders starts shouting on floor should give an better treatment to housekeeping staff and security staff increase their salary give them facilities.

The owner pathetic management non cooperative teams who so ever gets job there all the best you are going to be burnt just to work no personal n social life and salary not up to the mark for the experience candidate as well...

First of all I would like to thanks the Voitekk company for hiring me as a process associate, my experience here so far was very great, all here are very helpful, i really liked the staff here, v all work here as a team, v all here r a Voitekk family 😊😊
