The Voip Office Telecommunications Pvt Ltd's All the team and management are very friendly and supportive. Everyone is always ready to help to each other to grow up and I personally liked this culture and helpful team and Management.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is good and high sometime as I have to communicate with Clients calls late into the night. Manager do value all the time for individual and to team. I really receive appreciation from my Manager and it helps us to get energetic value to work with dedication.

voipoffice culture is nice, top leaders like saurav sir,sunny sir he always encourage and motivate a lot, I couldn't perform well but I have learnt so many thing from them, voipoffice is a growing telecom company and will succeed in india and us market, thank to ceo of the company, he is down to earth and always come forward for their employee.

Overall working with team gave me good experience both at my carrier as well personal life . If you want to learn the things one of best places where you can only learn . Comes management it will always help you except in financials

First and foremost is work culture. i am so safe because i am at technical . Many of sales guys shared their experience working with worthless manager . Second most Important thing management people they give all shit listening to others , people around us talk sweet and give hard rod back . We cant explain anything to them because we cant even know if we speak the truth the people carry negative to Head . This all i have seen from my location.
