Very bad working culture, from Monday to Sunday you work as a donkey in such a less salary. No work life balance. These TISS graduates consider themselves as heroes in the social sector but they good for nothing. Very very very toxic culture. The culture must be reported to the labour commissioner for harrassment of employees from Monday to Sunday.

Well the camp life could be a bit stressful in the beginning when we are getting a hang of it but otherwise it is wonderful. We just have to be very organized & multi tasker.

I met so many amazing girls who aspired for greatness in their lives and wished to make something of themselves in order to better society. I’m very proud of my work there. It was a great learning experience too.

The training and coordinating staff at VOICE4Girls are HORRIBLE. They were demeaning, discouraging and downright rude. It is the ONLY reason I decided against going for another camp. My work was hard but satisfying only because of the girls I could help and learn from as well. But the staff at VOICE4Girls really need to understand and respect the various students and interns who come from all walks of life, take time out of their academic schedule to be a part of the growth of these children. I am appalled at the management style and sheer rudeness of some of the staff... At one point the FCs were afraid to ask for help or guidance out of fear of being mocked! The staff are a disgrace to the NGO.
