Salary is on time

Dislikes

Managers are idiots who do not know what to do and how to help their teammates. They only want to save their own jobs. They do not have any work culture. They rotational shifts would suck the happiness out of your life. The tools they use, are super slow but the company is not ready to admit it.

Worst company ever I have worked in!

Dislikes

Everything! Starting from management to the people who manages the teams! I was laid off without any compensation and was not even given the last month's salary which I worked and I had to send the laptop (which was a used one and faulty too when I first received it) back to them on my own expense.

Dislikes

No payout for outside Learning course I we complete for the year. It's only your own interest and company will not pay for it. It's my personal opinion that I'm feeling dislike of this.

Only leave policy is good for name sake, but while submitting leaves and approving it was not getting approved by your manager as in team only two employees can take leaves simultaneously.

...sent out management problems she won’t address it all things in Vodafone is bad. If you want to join Vodafone be ready for zero worklife balance as there are no promotion no hike only work work bias towards employee only you need to buttering then you will succeed in hr domain.

... working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. They don't even care about their work. This culture should be improved.
