They want more from me but they didnt provide salary as per job & they dont think about any increament..

For Female employee the job is secured, there is no overtime of work required. Team mates are very helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

...Food is pathetic! The vending machine installed has expired food products in it. If you are on third party payroll, management wont care for you no hike or appraisals even after years of dedication work. Proper help was not provided in 2nd wave of Pandemic, few of the off-role employee were forced to come office in this serious situation too via management.

I got salary on the starting of the lock down while being in home as per the government guideline so might me it is a good thing...

The job is not good they don't work till the escalation came and if you try to do the right thing they interfear it and try to make you seems bad and you will became a soft target, also in vi retail women is facing physical and mental harrasment on daily basis.that is one of the reason i quit the job.

Supportive and friendly environment.Salary is credited at 28 th of every month or earlier maybe.Good appraisal if you work hard and double pay for working on special holidays.The whole process or department is influenced and controlled by managers. Five days working and complementary off for working on some holidays.

Dislikes

If you are working in rotational shifts and week off then work life balance is difficult.A lot of hassle in cab services.No subsidised rates at company canteen. Leave approval for more than 10-15 days is difficult.Less number of sick leaves.
