Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....

Current Management style is very inhuman and unethical all because of new Kerala head BINU JOSE. he just make the culture of the firm like shit. we need to join 6.30 am VC and what to start the work by 6am.

Only compensation is good but that too is less compare to the effort guven by you. Very poor job security over here, there is no holiday here, if you take leave then also you have to attend the con call of your Boss, no work life balance here, employees working here from 7 am till 9pm in a day.

Compensation is very high ,but growth is slow .that work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have to work morning 7am to night 11 PM in a day. I have to market visit early morning then let night activities
