...ave terminate me and reason was cost cutting and they told me give resignation. Since I am working for the last 9 yrs they have not given me extra salary at least for 3 months now I m jobless and I m only the person earn and run my family. Now I am facing lot of Financial problem

Culture is not good manager always talk about sales and in name of service there is nothing and by doing such kind of efforts they no encourage there employees and name of incentive there is nothing

Actually Vodafone work culture is very nice... Because all manager has good behaviour..

I was in Business support team under procure to pay department...Actually Vodafone culture is very good but some people Nature is very pathetic nd ugly.

Team are very good and helpful,traing was good like as friendly environment, low growth opportunites, salary less but appraisal was done good because of the category . Near by store for travelling.

Now because of the merger job opportunite and there is no secure . No appraisal done on merger .
