The name and brand is good. Nothing else I can imagine any good thing about Vodafone.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very difficult to understand. Salary increment is very poor. Work life balance is not that much effective. Opportunities are there but only for higher authorities. Benefits were given previously and now they are reduced. Skills development, you have to work on your own. At Vodafone, you can learn a process, nothing else. Many teams are working as a mediator between customer and another teams, like POSTMAN.

My teammates because they helped me so much to learn new things.And the appraisal mail from circle team.

They want more from me but they didnt provide salary as per job & they dont think about any increament..

Only positive is you have access to multiple vendors. Just work for year here. That's that ..

...ven in Nokia. You can't even take your approved leaves. Just work work and work. After that zero growth in salary. Really disappointing. please learn more and opt for better choice than this.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.
