Only good point so far is timely salary.
Dislikes
1. Poor work-life balance as no limits on working hours (Have to work on weekly-off and during leaves)
2. No focus on skills development and employee's health.
3. Joining process is terrible and frustrating.
4. Poor work environment.
Average work environment and culture. There is lot of politics in management. Company policies are good, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is lot of politics and management doesn't address out issue. Slow growth.

Job security, work is good, benefits especially holidays are one o the best

... politics is bad , teams do not help each other but try to pull each other down. Compensation was initially good but should really look at changing compensation structure especially after COVID boom.
Team mates r cooperative, very good working environment, Scope of getting into new technology learning & skill development in real time environment.Little bit of politics is there but not as much as other competitors.Once ur job done no body will disturb u while in home but in case emergency someboby have to support to get the work done, so overally its a good balance of work & life.
...ery latly as result company technology devlopment in back log w.r.t competitors.Compensation benifits must be distributed as per exp & responsibility.Time to time growth must be provided to team members which is very late.
