Poor management , manager is micromanaging always , salary increments are poor, promotions are given to near and dear ones and not on basis of performance or quality of work

Salary is giving on time and will get an opportunity as an lead for handle workpressure

Dislikes

Work pressure is there and no job security and no work life banlance and they are using own selenium based tool not using eclipse most of projects.

Company culture and work life balance is good.

Dislikes

...ithout seat belt or helmet you'll get first warning which is valid for one year. In that period you will not get any promotion or salary hike. And if you are caught without seat belt of helmet second time then you'll be fired from the company.

Likes

For Female employee the job is secured, there is no overtime of work required. Team mates are very helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

...Food is pathetic! The vending machine installed has expired food products in it. If you are on third party payroll, management wont care for you no hike or appraisals even after years of dedication work. Proper help was not provided in 2nd wave of Pandemic, few of the off-role employee were forced to come office in this serious situation too via management.

Vodafone is great to work with, only drawback is that they dont compensate current employees better but are ready pay much higher to a new hire. And mostly it turns out new hire enjoys perks where old employees work much more with less pay

Dislikes

More pay for new hires but giving that much hikes to current ones
