The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of A team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the America and London. But onsite travel is completely development on your project and client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, I and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Ido receive appreciation emails from my client, but the mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals, there is on-job training for freshers, hance senior folks like me have to guide team step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.
