Hierarchy oriented Boss decides & rest follows like herd mentality in business functions. More or less same in HR too. Wacky leaders at the top in few business & HR functions.

Likes

Vodafone Idea (and erstwhile Vodafone which I was part of) is a good company to work with and culturally one of the finest companies one can get associated with. Learning is immense (if one is gets the right boss), mutually respectful, open culture and quite a mix of energetic individuals.

Dislikes

Increments were quite ordinary and promotions are scarce. Moreover, with the new banding structure launched in 2019 there was absolute confusion around as Grade and Pay were not in sync in many cases. Hope it's much better now

Politics is so high by senior , can't target achieve so pressure and mantely ,

Good work and very much satisfied and supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair

The company was good and very much appreciated and the team members were too cooperative each other and salary is negotiable but insensitives are not sanctioned time to time the offers provided very interested and very much appreciated by customer's overall am very much satisfied with the company

Less work, so less pressure, work-life balance. Salary offered is decent at all levels.

Dislikes

People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.
