I got very good & supporting team in Vodafone India LTD. As per salary/appraisal concern, last year my experience is unsatisfactory. Lots of new things are to be implemented in regular basis.

Approachable management, salary structure, medical policies, work life balance etc

Dislikes

Technical skill are less valued. People management is considered as rocket science. Their is large need for recognising innovative minds. Lots of opportunities to grow internally but employees are not let allowed to move internally unofficially

Over all good company to work with , job is stable and security but salary hikes is impossible, those who have good packages can join for long and stable period

...no work life balance, they always push you unnecessarily and gives you workload. They don't have any proper management, everyday they change in the process and also faced salary issue. Without reason salary used to be deducted.

Less work, so less pressure, work-life balance. Salary offered is decent at all levels.

Dislikes

People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.
