Attractive salary & Incentives... Frequent training leads you to be in upto date... Safety measures are well & good

... with HR, No need to apply seperation letter, No need to work on paper period... Soo easy, but you will never get salary easily then separation.. And one more thing, If SM decided to terminate you, They can & They will do it for sure. And same for attandance And this is the power of SM.. I'm not accusing the whole company, I'm just accusing the system. Terms & condition are well & good but no one is following & no one was letting me to follow the terms and condition. These was happened to me... My last working day is 30-11-2022, today is 31-01-2023... Till now my final settlement/last month salary was not credited.. And HR may not know about my seperation reason.. I think sooo... Soo these are the problems I faced... All are my experience and my opinion only...

The work pressure is very high. No carrier growth. Politics level is very high like if you have personally contact with senior level they approach you every time to go for a better opportunist even they rubbish people reflect you in front of seniors Which is a painfull sometime. Manegers always pressurise for a sale even do not value an individual unique strengths. People can not balance work life and professional life.

im in medical leave because serious health issue but they terminated me as reason abscond... i try to re join but they told age bar for this job and i worked 10 yrs for that company they treat me bad....

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
