Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work14-18 hours straight in a day and the last Sunday also working.

Taking about the vodafone, training is supper. Salary, work environment and job security are good.

Dislikes

The pressure is very high by RM and owner. I have to work 11 to 13 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take my suggestions. There is on job traning for fresher but but these are no use in VMS.

im in medical leave because serious health issue but they terminated me as reason abscond... i try to re join but they told age bar for this job and i worked 10 yrs for that company they treat me bad....

Culture is not good manager always talk about sales and in name of service there is nothing and by doing such kind of efforts they no encourage there employees and name of incentive there is nothing

Dislike yeh hai ki agar aap koi postpaid connection sale karte ho aur agar wo customer khud se uska bill pay naa kare to aap ki pocket se wo bill pay karaaya jata hai. Is liye maine yeh job left ki thi. Aur waise to store timing 9:30A.Mto 7:00P.M hai par aap ka target poora naa hone par aap ko 8:00p.m. tak store main rukna hota hai.
