Dislike yeh hai ki agar aap koi postpaid connection sale karte ho aur agar wo customer khud se uska bill pay naa kare to aap ki pocket se wo bill pay karaaya jata hai. Is liye maine yeh job left ki thi. Aur waise to store timing 9:30A.Mto 7:00P.M hai par aap ka target poora naa hone par aap ko 8:00p.m. tak store main rukna hota hai.

Vodafone is a very good company for freshers.they can start thier career here,with a good package ,come to a training it was good well knowledgeble trainers are there.good enviroment.We can learn a lot of new things here.

Team events are very rear Team Lunch once in a year No team bonding activities Huge workload every time You will be on same position for many years like 4 to 6 years you can't expect promotion

Overall good company and allows employees to work in flexible shifts during work from home. Good appraisals and hike compared to other companies

Work load is very high.... Company is going much towards cost cutting and automations due to which employees are under huge pressure
