This is probably one of those few companies calls the "variable pay" as bonus and the duration between appraisal discussion to the reflection of the "updated salary" is 3 months. No onsite opportunity regardless of the designation. In a nutshell, talented people's time and efforts will be handled brainless laid-back management.
