Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.

All companies have good and bad points ....here you will have standard deduction of bonus from your salary and paid basis on your performance and if you leave before payoff of bonus, you will not get that money

Actually Vodafone house work culture is very nice.. All manager has good behaviour.

I was in Business support team under procure to pay department...Actually Vodafone house culture is very good but some people Nature is very pathetic nd ugly. They are touching me everytime. senior employee is comparing me with another employees. everytime they are They always used to say wrong things about me behind my back... I had to quit my job because of those people... I m going to in depression while i m working there. In this kind of situation how can i done my work .. I m frustrated with those toxic people... Meanwhile i doing my best to complete my work and my goal was to doing job for long term but because of those people i quit my job.. also 3 employees had joined there before me. Those people also had to leave their jobs due to the torture of these people.. please Vodafone i beg you.Take action against this.

Vodafone company it's good but now many company come in market so tough competition also not growth much increment very less also any time company close or remove some staff so so many work load it's there not learne another work in account same work doing in account

Good work experience but there is ko growth for future endeavor. Easily connect with retailers and marketing executives of idea company and billing day by day activities in store.

There is no growth for me. And salary account is not available only salary by hand so no pf. Even they don't give any experience certificate.
