Pros: good salary/ good management/ supporting senior engineers/ good benefits/ reputed job Cons: too much work pressure at times with no work-life balance You have to maintain your csats and tasts to save your job and not to come in limelight

Too much pressure Heavy inflow of cases Non ethical dsats cannot be mitigated by management and thus we have to under burden to get more surveys and have our matrices/ goals match which leads to bo work-life balance

its not a product company , its worst than services company too much of politics ,every day discussion will be only about RSU , stocks , immature idiots are in Manager position , My advice after real experience , quality of work is worst than service company you will forget all your skills .For god sake don't join seeing CTC or RSU as you don't know when you will be your last day in company
