I had Very bad experience working with Vmukthi solutions they don not entertain once your leave this company and do not payt full payment amount even after submission of the full and final details of the Salary and expenses. in short theifs of the century is vmukti solutions and employee like Parimal panchal, Priyank patel and chirag vaghela and many more...... i wont recommend any of the person to work with vmukti solutions directly or indirectly..... and they ask you to work for 12 hrs a week even on the sundays in rotation shifts

...nd message of the employee and do not entertain you after you leave the company. they do not pay you the proper salary and ask you to go visit the sites and never pay you the full amount even after submission of the full and final statements... they as you to work for 12hrs 24x7 even on the Sundays and in rotations shifts like a call centre

I have been scammed by Vmukti Solutions as I have never been paid my PF. It was deducted from my CTC regularly but was never transferred into my PF account. they created and closed my account on the same day (Joining Day). I came to know this when I was already on notice period and when I asked for the money, they forced me to serve the notice period for 3 months and then I can get that amount with fnf. The R&D Head is a joke himself. He asked people to stay overnight after working for straight 48 hours. He has taken all the credits himself while sleeping during the projects. You can literally see the frustration on his face as he never knew what was going on in the department. The HR department was there to enjoy Fun-Fridays and for nothing else. At the deadlines, you can easily hear the CEO/MD swearing at tenured employees. At any point of time, they can ask you to do anything as they won't have people for the same. Once there were more interns in the company then the employees. They not only scam the employees, they do it with the clients as well.

VMukti is a not a company its a Grocery store, You definitely get to learn a lot when your management behaves like a dictator with no paying and maximum gaining attitude, The management has a nature and habit of not Trusting any employee, even if the employee is working on the stake of his life in the favor of the company. even after 7+ years of dedication and constant over performance you do not have a guarantee that the amount committed to the employee on paper will be delivered to him/her.

You can learn to save money for your boss, and still be insulted for the same.
